An exclusive chef dinner featuring guest chef Brendan Dion. Chef Dion has created an innovated menu. The evening includes a welcome reception followed by a four course plated dinner. Beverage pairings are included with each course.

Let’s Dine, Safely. We have taken many precautions to keep our guests safe including: installation of REME Halo Air Purifiers in our restaurant and event spaces.  For this event, seating will  be by pod only and tables will be socially distant. Masks are required.

This ticketed and exclusive event has limited seating.  Each table will consist of your own “pod”. All seating/tables will be socially distant throughout the event space.

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Brendan brings his distinctive flavor-forward approach to every dish. His notable experience includes Executive Chef positions from coast to coast, including The Forge, The Big Four at The Scarlet Huntington Hotel, InterContinental Hotels Group, Buon Appetito, and The Wharf at Madison Beach Hotel. Chef Brendan’s return to The Wharf as Guest Chef is certain to delight the palates of all in attendance.
